Foam Cell Pro Suspension Lift Kit For Toyota Tacoma 2005-2023

Ironman 4x4 Foam Cell Pro Lift Kit combines upgraded on-road dynamics, dramatically reducing body roll and increasing stability with excellent off-road touring performance.

Our Foam Cell Pro shock absorbers feature a tough, military spec, big bore 3" twin-tube shock, the largest, strongest shock on the market; they are nearly indestructible, carry no internal parts which can jam, require little to no service, and are rebuildable.

The Foam cell pro shock is filled with premium grade FUCHS oil and our foam cell sleeve technology. The foam cell sleeve, impregnated with millions of tiny bubbles of nitrogen, maximizes oil and thermal carrying capacity and eliminates high internal pressures found on regular nitro gas-shock absorbers.

All of these features combined deliver an incredibly reliable, fit for purpose shock absorber that has stood the test of time in the Australian outback and military theaters around the world.

FOAM CELL PRO SHOCKS

FOAM CELL TECHNOLOGY: Increases shock performance & eliminates shock fade by increasing thermal capacity and eliminating high internal pressures.

2.4” TWIN TUBE BODY: Increased oil volume for improved cooling and endurance. Twin tube construction protects internal components from rock damage.

HARD CHROME PISTON ROD: Hardened and polished, volumetrically balanced to piston size.

FLEXIBLE RUBBER BUSHES: Offers quieter operation and reduces damaging side loads from shock absorber.

SUPPLEMENTARY WELDED MOUNTS: Fusion welded and supplementary welded for maximum strength and reliability.

SINGLE PIECE BILLET EYE RINGS AND STEMS: Ultra robust design prevents breakage or bending of mounts.

VEHICLE SPECIFIC VALVING: Every part number is specially valved for each vehicle application, this ensures the best possible ride and handling as intended by Ironman 4x4 suspension engineers.

EXTENDED TRAVEL: Extended travel over OEM suspension. Suitable for standard and raised height vehicles, additional length increases wheel articulation.

IMPACT RESISTANT STONE SHIELD: Steel or Polyethylene dust shield protects piston rod from impacts and road debris.

COIL SPRINGS

ADDED GROUND CLEARANCE: All Ironman coil springs are designed to provide a safe, comfortable ride while also providing additional ground clearance.

ENGINEERED FOR RELIABILITY: Ironman 4x4 coil springs are CNC cold wound and bar peeled for maximum reliability and consistency, every coil spring is ‘shot-blasted’ to ensure long life, preset to its solid height and load tested to avoid spring sag.

POWDER-COATED: All springs are electro-static powder-coated for a gleaming appearance. Available in raised height and perfectly matched to Ironman 4x4 Shock Absorbers.

UPPER CONTROL ARMS

CASTER CORRECTION: Ironman 4x4 upper control arms are forged with 4 degrees of caster correction for ideal wheel alignment, correcting the vehicle’s geometry back to OEM specs, generating outstanding performance and ride quality.

DROP FORGED CONSTRUCTION: Drop forged construction results in improved strength to weight ratios, increased directional strength with reduced stress concentrations in corners and filets. The precision of drop forging consistently results in superior strength, weight savings, and manufacturing tolerances when compared to machined, rolled, or other cast processes.

HARDENED ZINC COATING: Wrapped in a hardened zinc coating, these UCA’s have up to 75% more corrosion resistance when compared to traditional paint or powder coating. This zinc coating provides maximum effectiveness at warding off the oxidation that typically leads to rust and corrosion.

OEM BALL JOINTS: We use OEM style ball joints and bushings that are tested and manufactured to strict Japanese specifications that are readily available at every dealership and parts store. They feature a fully hardened stud bound in a watertight sealed machined housing which doesn’t allow for contaminates to be introduced into the joint with grease guns or outside environment.

"If you are considering building an overlanding/camping Tacoma, if you travel long distances on paved roads, or if you want more comfort and capability on moderate off-road challenges, this is the kit for you.

Even if you’re hitting the occasional difficult trail, this kit gives you the articulation and stability you need to conquer tough obstacles. Not many kits in this price range can match the durability, build quality, capabilities, and completeness of this kit. I firmly believe these shocks will outlast my next three sets of tires, and they’ve completely changed how I view and experience trail riding.

Ironman products continue to surprise me, and I have to say, they definitely exceeded my expectations.

Most importantly… the RIDE! I am so impressed with how nice the ride is.

It is a perfect balance of firmness for control and softness for comfort. It has no issues handling bumps and dirt roads at speed, plenty of flex for getting up obstacles. The result is a super consistent, minimal maintenance setup that should last for years without degrading. And when the time comes, they are fully rebuildable.

The Foam Cell Pro shocks are like little clouds under the truck. They handle bumpy roads and flexy obstacles without hesitation and have made this truck how it should have been from the factory. The new springs, shocks, and leaf packs added stiffness in all the right places and nearly eliminated the rubbery feel.

Everything feels more solid driving on or off pavement. But when you put the skinny pedal down on a rough patch of dirt, it soaks up everything and gives you great control of the truck.

What is the difference between stage 1 and stage 2?

Stage 2 includes upper control arms where stage 1 does not include upper control arms.


What are the benefits of upgrading to stage 2?

Upgrading to stage 2 to include upper control arms in your kit will allow for ideal wheel alignment after lifting to correct the vehicle's geometry back to OEM specifications. Our upper control arms are drop forged construction for improved strength and weight as well zinc coated for better corrosion resistance. This results in unmatched on and off-road performance and ride quality.

Installation

**NOTE** Please reuse your Toyota OEM rear shackles with their stock bushings. The included Ironman 4x4 poly bushings are for the front and rear eyelets of the Ironman 4x4 TOY066 leaf springs. Please do not remove the factory bushing from the rear shackle, leave the bushing in and reuse your stock shackles.
