Position: FULL TIME
Hours: Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm

Objectives:
- Identify and fulfill customers’ needs by providing products and product knowledge
- Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and in-person
- Upselling products and services to all customers
- Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities
- Processing of RMA’s and Warranty requests
- Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives
- Process orders through internal ordering systems
- May be required to assist other departments or perform other duties as needed
Requirements:
- A passion for 4x4 vehicles and the outdoors preferred, but not required
- Previous automotive background knowledge helpful, but not required
- High caliber communicator
- Ability to think clearly under pressure
- Attention to detail
- Handle multiple communication tools, phone, email, live chat
- Mindset for efficiency and problem-solving
