SHIPPING TERMS

FREE SHIPPING OVER $99 (CERTAIN RESTRICTIONS APPLY) 

  • Exclusions apply: valid within the lower 48 states, and applies to ground shipping via standard small parcel services like UPS, FedEx, and USPS. 
  • We do not offer free shipping to Military Forwarding Bases (APO, FPO or DPO addresses)
  • We do not ship big items to small P.O. Box Addresses (because it won't fit)
  • All orders that must ship LTL freight will have a flat shipping rate of $100.

  • Any orders with an 8ft. awning will have an additional fee of $100 for each 8ft. awning in the cart + any additional fees

SHIPPING STRATEGY

At Ironman 4x4, we work with multiple freight solutions to provide the best option possible for your shipment.  This often means the solution that best fits the circumstance evolves due to factors such as service and price in a seemingly short time span.  We cannot be certain at the time of your order what that solution is, thus the commitment we make is that at the time of your order shipping and this decision is made, you will receive an electronic communication with the tracking number and solution provided.

 

FREIGHT SHIPPING NOTICE 

In order for your product to arrive in good condition, Ironman 4x4’s shipping department strives to assure your products are adequately packaged and secured when they leave our facility. Please be sure that when you receive your items you inspect for damages and notify us immediately should your product arrive damaged. Please take photos as they will be needed for Ironman 4x4 to file a claim with the freight company, if the damage is due to carrier handling.

 

PLEASE INSPECT ALL DELIVERED PARTS FOR SHIPPING DAMAGE WITHIN 15 DAYS 

Ironman 4x4 will make our best effort to get your products to you in a timely fashion. We ask that you, our customer, review your order within 15 days.  Check to be sure all parts have arrived and are correct. Please help us to help you, should there be discrepancies, damaged, or missing parts. We want you to get your product installed as quickly as possible so you can enjoy your outdoor adventure. Issues not reported within 15 days of arrival date may not be eligible for refund or replacement.

 

PAYING DUTY AND/OR TAXES ON IMPORTED GOODS 

Any item mailed to Canada may be subject to the Goods and Services Tax (GST) and/or duty. Unless specifically exempted, you must pay the 5% GST on items you import into Canada by mail. The CBSA calculates any duties owing based on the value of the goods in Canadian funds. The duty rates vary according to the type of goods you are importing and the country from which they came or were made in. Depending on the goods or their value, some other taxes may apply, such as excise duty or excise tax on luxury items. You do not have to pay the GST on the following goods that are imported into Canada by mail:

  • Goods worth CAN$20 or less
  • Gifts from family members or friends who live abroad when the worth is CAN$60 or less

The Government of Canada has entered into agreements with certain provinces to collect the HST at a rate of 13 percent. If you live in a participating province, you will have to pay the HST instead of the GST.

 

LEAF SPRING SHIPPING NOTICE

Ironman 4x4’s leaf springs are large products made from heavy-duty steel and do not ship in packaging. This is also true across the entire suspension industry. While Ironman 4x4’s shipping department does everything they can to ensure your leaf springs will arrive unscathed, it’s common for leaf springs to pick up a few scratches during shipping.

If you receive your leaf springs and they are scratched, that’s typical and does not affect the integrity or performance of the spring. Ironman 4x4’s leaf packs are dipped in corrosion-resistant heavy-duty black paint. If you have a few scratches, and they bother you, just apply a touch of flat or satin black spray paint and you’ll be good to go.
